Exciting news! The entire Honeydip Series is now on display at the infamous Hotel des Arts in San Francisco. While artists such as David Choe, Sam Flores, and Shepard Fairy have had the opportunity to bless individual rooms with their artwork, these Honeydips will be lurking in the hallways for your viewing pleasure. Other artsists have adorned the walls as well so head on over and take a gander. Thanks to &THEM for making this possible!
Want FREE design work from FlavorInnovator? In each of the Honeydip prints is a hidden FlavorInnovator logo. Take a picture of each logo and a pic of you in the hallway with the Honeydips. Email the pictures and your name to “info(at)flavorinnovator.com” to enter the drawing. Good luck!
**Details to be discussed.

Here we have it … all six of the Honeydipped illustrations unveiled. Each image was crafted using Adobe Photoshop, a reference image, and a heap of imagination. I wanted to capture a mood or audience with each of these girls, and even went so far as to name them. You can view them up close and personal until late August at The Usuals or take home a print for yourself. Which one is your favorite?

First of all, I am thankful to all of you who are donating to a worthy cause. Originally, this collaboration between Erik Otto and myself was meant to be an honest meeting of the minds. I recently finished designing my asian, calligraphy-inspired alphabet. I thought why not make a poster from it? The vision was that each letter would be decorated individually as its own world. Erik came to mind for this collaboration. His use of houses, waves, and organic, hand drawn elements would compliment each letter properly. As timing would have it, our vision altered beast into an unexpected body of work.

Hey folks! Really glad to announce that my good friend Erik Otto and I have collaborated on a print to raise funds for the victims of the Japan Earthquake. We are not capitalizing on the tragedy, just trying to help out somehow. We found a reputable charity called International Rescue Committee where we are going to donate all of the proceeds. They are transparent with their roles and how they allocate funds. From darkness comes light so donate to shine light on the situation. Many thanks for your support!
