As I'm running uphill motivated by my ambition I sometimes forget to pause and update the site to inform you of what's going on behind the monitor.

This Sunday, August 30 FlavorInnovator will be making it in the newspaper! I was presented with the opportunity by Bay Area News Group to participate in a Q&A sesssion meant to give readers a glimpse at who FlavorInnovator is and insight into this particular career. Look for the "On The Job" feature in the Careers & Education tab of your Sunday paper. For all papers that will carry the interview you can check Here.

With that said, Recent Projects has been updated with a handful of notable undertakings. TheRoot 42 is a unique graphic design community with participants that span the globe. I produced a shirt that will be distributed at our 5 year anniversary event in San Francisco. Looking like tourists won't be a problem. Speaking of SF, I blessed Exact-Science with two new designs for their '09 Holiday season. It seems most of the files I have for them reach the 1GB mark. I love it. My latest client Urban Garden Magazine (UGM), based out of the UK and US, presented me with the opportunity to create a few editorial pieces for their horticultural magazine. Definitely enjoyed working with them because they're pushing for a positive cause.

Earlier this year I had the opportunity to shed some light on what I do here at FlavorInnovator courtesy of Vimby.com. They did a video interview on me and I have to say I was a bit nervous how it was going to turn out. Not because of the production, but of how I was going to be in front of the camera. Did I really answer that question how I wanted to? Is my personality coming through? Do I look fat? ha.

All in all it came out excellent thanks to DJ/Skate legend/Preditor (producer/editor) Satva Leung. Thanks to Brad of Exact-Science, Jonathan of Om-Records, and J Kim for the support. Whattup to Plug Label, Stab Labs, and Homegrown Blends for blogging it up.
